Executive Accountant
Qualification – Part Qualified CA/ACCA/CIMA/MBA or Equivalent
Assist in UK Bookkeeping and Payroll Queries Assist with the production and submission of Statutory accounts Liaising with clients regarding queries The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role within an Accountancy firm.
You must have good exposure and knowledge of client accounting, taxation and statutory accounts. Due to the exciting growth and reputation of the firm the chosen candidate will be exposed to a lot of development and scope to progress and develop their skill set.
Skills:
- Expertise in UK bookkeeping process and familiarity with UK accounting standards
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
- Experience in managing financial records and preparing financial statements
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ICAI, CIMA…)
Assistant Account Manager
Job Responsibilities:
End to End Responsibility of Client Deliverables
Email Management – day to day queries should be resolved by Asst Managers. This also includes client follow-ups.
Liaising with “Support Team” in getting things done.
Monitoring / Tracking deadlines.
Ensuring submissions are done after Approved by A/c’s Managers
HMRC / Companies House Correspondence
Setting up DD for client billings (Xero / Smart Debit)
Client On Boarding – After initial call by A/c’s Manager, completing all the remaining procedures / set-ups.
Updating themselves with new legislation
Validating any data received from the client.
Skills:
– ICAI, ACCA, CIMA, or other relevant accounting certifications
– 4-8 years’ experience into Accountancy Practice firms
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
– Experience in managing client accounts and providing financial advice
– Proficiency in financial statement preparation and tax compliance
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
– Familiarity with accounting software and tools
– Prior experience in a practice-based environment is a must
Account Manager
Qualification: CA/ACCA/CIMA or any other Accountant qualification with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant industry experience
Job Role and Responsibilities
- Preparation of year end accounts, tax, PAYE or VAT based work from information supplied by client to the required standards.
- Identifies points to raise with clients and to raise potential for additional services including added value services and advice.
- Finalises paperwork for dispatch to client, HMRC in a timely manner meeting required deadlines and quality.
- Liaise with client to obtain relevant information for their accounts, acting in a proactive way and ensuring attention to details and effective questioning of client.
- Monitor own job quality and quantity in line with agreed budgets, meeting these targets and exceedingly where possible.
- Record own chargeable time and ensure maximum recovery.
- Support teammates by providing on the job coaching.
- Use appropriate support networks to clarify knowledge on complex queries.
- Book-keeping, ledger maintenance, supplier maintenance and management accounts, as and when required.
- Prepare client tax returns based on information supplied by client, advise on tax payable and payment dates and to meet deadlines in line with the firm’s standards.
- Assisting clients with accounts software and other book-keeping queries as required.
- Involvement in networking and business generation under the guidance of more senior team members.
- Continuous Interaction with Clients on Tax Planning Strategies and various matters of their Companies.
- Preparation, review and Finalization of Annual Accounts, Corporation Tax & Personal Tax Returns and Submitting the same to Companies House and HMRC within due dates.
Skills :

4) Ability to review a complete personal tax return quickly and efficiently
5) In depth accounts preparation knowledge
