Our every client has dedicated accounts manager. t.  Our prices are fixed fee so you can be assured that no extra bills will appear as long as you use the service fairly.  All that we ask is for you to be aware that when you call you may be asked for a time that your Accountant can call you back.  We're sure that you'd want your Accountant to give your accounts their full attention, so if they are working on a few tricky tax calculations they will call you back when they have finished.

Nope - it's all done electronically!  Once you have your quote and have accepted it via email, you will be contacted by us via telephone or email to take the relevant details and answer any questions you may have.    Most Clients will be emailed and introduction to their Account Manager, we will let know the what documents are expected to receive and frequency that we want.

If you sign up with us part way through your financial year it is very likely that there will a catch-up of bookkeeping and accounts work to be done to get you up to date.   For example, if your financial year commences in April and you sign up in July, your first payment to us will be 4 x £monthly price to cover April, May, June and July.  Don't worry though. you can split your catch-up payment over the first three months of your contract if you like!

Changing your accountant is very straightforward. All you need to do once you have chosen to use Oasis Accountants or our bookkeeping, is to provide us with your previous accountant’s details and we will do the rest

You need to keep your accounting records for 6 years.

We offer a "No Penalty Guarantee". If you incur one, we will pay it. Onus is on us to file your tax returns and do the compliance before time.

Yes.  We regularly maintain our CPD (Continuing Professional Development) and it is a requirement of our regulatory body the ICAEW for us to do this.

Yes, we can do the whole lot, including bookkeeping, payroll, VAT returns and year end compliance, Self-assessment.  We are also able to provide management accounts and business consultancy if this is needed.
